Annual Tax & Distribution Statements

The Annual Tax and Distribution Statements for the year ended 30 June 2009 are now available on line on the registry's website.  To register and retrieve your statements please follow the process below.  Advisors, contact registries at registries@registries.com.au to register for a log in and password.

  1. http://www.registries.com.au/
  2. Click on InvestorServe tab on the right-hand side
  3. Depending on your access choose one of the options on the left-hand side. 
  4. If you have not previously had access and do not have a pin number, please choose the First Time User option and "or if you have your holding Statement only" option.
  5. Holding Type is Issuer Sponsored.
  6. Reference is your 10 digit SRN number preceeded by the letter U eg Uxxxxxxxxx. 
  7. Name - enter name of the holding
  8. Click Verify
  9. Continue with setting up your account - username, password etc
  10. After completing the registration click - Create Account
  11. Your pin number will be sent to you in the mail in approximately 2-4 days
